Experience: Planner with 5 years planning experience, 10+ in Construction & Infrastructure. Recent project experience is leading the planning on a large residential and commercial developments. Picks up new ideas/ concepts very easily, and holds a senior position with his current company.

Planning Manager (Reference: E108I)
Experience: Main contractor background. Overseeing the planning for a number of regions in the country. Managing a team beneath them, they can comfortably hold a senior management position, and take a project though its entire lifecycle. Project experience includes almost all sectors within construction, in both tender and project planning. They are looking to manage a team, drive it and the company forward, with a passion for mentoring and training the planners that they work with. An excellent all-rounder, with the senior management experience to excel in any position. A real asset.

Senior Planner (Reference: F435C)
Experience: Commercial & Residential fit out (Cat A & B) and refurbishment projects, capable of working independently and managing a team to provide planning requirements for a large portfolio of projects. Experienced in dealing directly on both a client and subcontractor level, working both in an office and onsite environment. Current role includes producing tender programmes, methodologies, logistics plans and then developing and managing the programme and strategies with the project team throughout the project to competition.

They have been involved in the whole life cycle of a build project and operated in a variety of positions, such as Tender Planner, Site Planner, Forensic Planner and also specialist claims / Delay Analysis.

Forensic Planner /Delay Analysis/ Claims Consultant (Reference: D174I)
Experience: A very capable and experienced commercial and contracts manager. Able to manage and analyse programs/ plans from a forensic perspective, look at delay analysis and manage any aspect of a claims process.
