We are a best in class recruitment and recruitment consultancy business led by Bill Wynn, a Co-Founder and Director of Project Resource from 2002 to 2018, and who has been recruiting since 1996.

Construction Futures was formed in 2018 as Bill wanted a more laser beam focus on offering a personal and exceptional service to those people and companies that he feels he can best help, without the distractions that running a large company often bring.  There is also a work, life balance angle here.  Bill wanted to be more nimble, spend a similar time working, but work when he wants to.  Now with less people to support and manage, less time travelling, he can spend more time enjoying life, helping people recruit and find new jobs, and be with family and friends more.

We are a recruitment business that focuses on sourcing Planners, Project Controllers and Claims professionals that work within the Construction and Build environment. Other professions on request.

With employers, we can supply permanent or contracted workers, and can offer various recruitment options (as suits you) including search and selection, retained services, executive search and recruitment consultancy.
