There is also a work-life balance aspect to this decision. Bill aimed to be more nimble, working a similar amount of time but choosing when he works. With fewer people to support and manage and less time spent traveling, he can now dedicate more time to enjoying life, helping people recruit and find new jobs, and spending time with family and friends.
